Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Werkstudent – CRM & AI, located in Monheim. The individual will be responsible for supporting CRM activities and leveraging AI technology to enhance customer relationship management. Daily tasks include data analysis, project management support, and assisting the sales team in optimizing CRM systems. Effective communication and collaboration with various departments are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
• Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), preferably Salesforce and Hubspot.
• Project Management skills to support and coordinate tasks
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work on-site in Monheim 4 days a month
• Pursuing or holding a degree in AI & ML, Computer Science, or a related field
• Fluent English and at least B1 in German is preferred
